SWAGSA, formally known as the Southwestern Association of Gay-Straight Alliances, is pleased to announce it's surfacing as a prominent organization among the college and universities of the southwestern region of the United States of America. We welcome all college and university level Gay-Straight Alliances, Queer Alliances, LGBT organizations, etc. to be part of our organization. Each year, SWAGSA will assist a college or university in hosting a regional conference, which all Gay-Straight Alliance organizations from affiliated institutions may attend. Our goal is to encourage Gay-Straight Alliances from many institutions all over the Southwestern region of the United States to attend in order to facilitate effective networking and communication. This year, Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, TX will hosted the Southwestern Regional Conference of Gay-Straight Alliances sponsored by SWAGSA.
